Wyckoff NJ, a Friday morning crash on January 3, 2025, resulted in non-life-threatening injuries after a 4-door Ford sedan collided with the lobby of a medical office building at 800 Wyckoff Avenue.
Emergency Response and Building Evacuation
Following the crash, the entire building was evacuated as Wyckoff Fire Department firefighters worked to stabilize the entrance to the lobby, which sustained significant structural damage.
A code enforcement official from the Township of Wyckoff was called to inspect the building to determine if it was safe for immediate reoccupation.
Injuries and Vehicle Removal
While injuries were reported, they were described as non-life-threatening. Wyckoff EMS personnel treated those involved at the scene. The Wyckoff Volunteer Ambulance Corps also assisted in the response.
The vehicle was removed from the site by a flatbed tow truck after emergency services cleared the scene.
Police and Fire Department Coordination
Wyckoff Police Department, Wyckoff Fire Department, and Wyckoff EMS responded promptly to manage the situation and ensure public safety.
