Paramus NJ, An early morning collision on Monday, February 3, resulted in significant damage to at least seven vehicles parked in the lot of a Tesla dealership on Route 17 northbound in Paramus.
Box Truck and Jeep Cherokee Crash Into Dealership Lot
The incident occurred around 6:45 AM when a box truck and a Jeep Cherokee collided on the northbound highway, sending both vehicles careening into the Tesla dealership’s parking lot.
Privately Owned Vehicles Impacted
According to a Tesla employee on-site, most of the damaged vehicles belonged to customers who had brought them in for service or repairs.
Emergency Response & Investigation
- Paramus Police Department responded to the scene and is handling the investigation.
- Two hospital-based ambulances arrived, though it remains unclear how many individuals, if any, required hospitalization.
- A heavy-duty wrecker was used to remove the box truck, while a flatbed tow truck towed away the Jeep Cherokee.
