Glen Rock NJ , The Glen Rock Police Department proudly announces that Sergeant Mike Trover has successfully graduated from the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) Command & Leadership Academy, one of the most respected law enforcement leadership programs in the state.

A Major Milestone in Law Enforcement Leadership

The 13-week intensive leadership program, developed in collaboration with the United States Military Academy at West Point, focuses on enhancing the strategic decision-making, ethical leadership, and behavioral science application skills of law enforcement professionals. It is known for its highly competitive selection process and rigorous academic demands.

Participants engage in scenario-based learning, role-playing, and real-world application of behavioral science to better prepare them for leadership challenges in modern policing.
