NORTH ARLINGTON, NJ — A 34-year-old Milwaukee man has been arrested for sexually extorting a child under 13 in Bergen County, prosecutors announced Friday.
Christopher Battin was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Milwaukee on Tuesday after an investigation revealed he had targeted a North Arlington minor online.

On March 7, the North Arlington Police Department alerted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit after discovering that a child had been contacted by an unknown online predator.
