  1. “A politically-connected insurance company received a lucrative broker’s contract on June 11 from the city Board of Education” reads the first sentence in reporter Joe Malinconcio’s northjersey.com article from June 13, 2025.

According to these minutes, Ridgewood has also hired Fairview.
Again, another contract that Ridgewood’s current Business Administrator has partnered with in Paterson.
For equity purposes, Ridgewood also hired CBIZ, whom Paterson used prior to Fairview.
Mr. Matthews, by order of Ms. Brogan, is appeasing the warring parties battling for political control in Paterson and Passaic County.

There are now many suspicious contracts being awarded to firms with strong ties to Paterson and the Passaic County Democratic Party.

Look for the district to change its health plan to Aetna now that they are looking for alternatives.

Yet no one seems to care.

    1. Does this have anything to do with Keith Kazmark being former mayor of West paterson?

      1. Partially. Village Council and BoE members are working in unison to bring the full service community School model to Ridgewood. This ensures that Democratic leaders maintain control of town and school operations.
Its a totalitarian state where all the young become candidates for the social, cultural, and linguistic changes that these far left ideologues have created.
Ask an older Russian, Czech, or local historian. Or just read 1984. Or also read this blog-its followed the groundwork being laid out once the schools revealed their Vision 2030 plans.

    2. Things that make you go Hmmm
