Ridgewood Teen Just Won a New Art Scholarship

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — The local arts community is celebrating a historic milestone. At the recent Ridgewood High School Senior Awards Night, the Ridgewood Arts Foundation officially awarded its first-ever Visual Arts Scholarship to talented young illustrator Benay Cheng.

The groundbreaking award recognizes exceptional up-and-coming artistic talent in the community. On hand to present the historic award to Cheng were Kristen Plumley and Lorraine Haskins, representing the RAF Scholarship Committee.
