Blame game as insurers dump doctors

Let the blame game begin over ObamaCare’s oversights.
The nation’s largest health insurer, UnitedHealthcare, claims the Affordable Care Act is responsible for forcing it to boot doctors from its Medicare Advantage program that serves thousands of elderly patients in the New York metro region.
CEO Jack Larsen, under fire for separating seniors from their MDs, took out full-page ads to explain that cuts in Medicare spending forced the insurer’s hand.
“We are working to collaborate with a more focused network of physicians to help us provide higher quality and more affordable health care coverage to meet the needs of our members, and help them get more from their health plan benefits,” Larsen said.
“This work has become even more urgent in light of the severe funding reductions for Medicare Advantage plans that have come from Washington.”

A direct result of sucking $700M out of Medicare to fund Obama care. Seniors are not a priority for the Dems so take their money to buy votes elsewhere.
It’s Bush’s Fault.
Can I start a new post about the declining level of civility? This AM I witnessed a parent dropping off a student at the high school. The parent attempted to pass another drop-off car on Brookside as the cars were approaching Ridgewood Ave. The crazy parent in the gold sedan was driving down the wrong side of the road heading to the intersection! After ejecting the student from the car the parent moved quickly into a K turn, cutting off cars and risking the safety of others.
What makes people so crazy and selfish? All that to drop off a high school student? They could have killed someone! Let the kid be late and take a chill pill. It’s just not worth it.
