  1. So let’s raise gasoline taxes, the sales tax, and state imcome taxes… Yeah, that’s the solution

  2. The millionaires and billionaires need to start paying their fair share.
That’s lie #1 for the Liberals.

It takes a certain kind of stupidity to find yourself ranked dead last.

  3. Great point about NJ’s unique brand of stupidity… Years and years of crappy CBAs and the PWs think they’re all geniuses because the Democrats they’ve paid for with union votes just keep making more and more unsystainable promises. The Ponzi scheme will be revealed when there’s no more cash to pay for excessive past promises, and just raising taxes further in the most heavily taxed state solves nothing except to prolong the inevitable… Also, the “Oh, but the idiot Ridgewood taxpayers voted for a new garage” argument also doesn’t cut it because that’s a tax increase to pay for something other than past benefit promises, and it would be the first tax increase for future spending in years. Recent Village tax increases have gone to pay higher wages and higher benefits despite laying off 10% of the Villsge staff in 2010.

  4. Give me one good reason why I would trust Sarlo or Sweeney with more tax revenues at their disposal? Is that a good investment in NJ’s future?
