Geln Rock NJ, a lengthy investigation into cash thefts at a popular Glen Rock eatery has concluded with an arrest.
Glen Rock Police announced Tuesday that an Elmwood Park woman has been charged with two counts of theft following an extensive probe into incidents at a local Central Business District restaurant.
Thefts at Stone and Rail Restaurant
The charges follow a two-month investigation led by Det. Lucas Doney into cash thefts reported at the Stone and Rail Restaurant in the heart of Glen Rock.
Police identified the suspect as Brooklyne Young-Davis, 27, of Elmwood Park.
Following her arrest and processing at police headquarters, Young-Davis was charged with two counts of theft. She has been released and is awaiting an appearance at Central Judicial Processing at the Superior Court in Hackensack.
The successful conclusion of this two-month investigation underscores the Glen Rock Police Department’s commitment to protecting local businesses within the Central Business District.
