River Edge NJ, Come celebrate Brigid’s Day and Candlemas with the Bergen County Historical Society on Sunday January 29th, 1 pm- 4:30 pm at Historic New Bridge Landing 1201 Main Street, River Edge NJ.
New exhibits featuring BCHS’s lighting collections in the Steuben House including “Seeing the Past Through a Different Light.”

Richard Stillman joins us with Irish Storytelling and a musical program including step dancing, bagpipes, mandolin and banjo from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
All three 18th century Jersey Dutch sandstone houses are open for tours throughout the day.
Be sure to stop by the tavern for some seasonal refreshments and visit the gift shop.
Don’t forget to visit the society’s out-kitchen where interpreters will be demonstrating the 18th century craft of candle making using authentic materials.
Adults: $12, Students: $7, BCHS members Free. 100% goes to our mission.
Free parking available on site. Dogs are permitted on the grounds (not in the houses).
