🧵 Historical Needlework Lecture & Exhibit
At 2:30 PM, Marty Campanelli, renowned author and needlework scholar, will present “This Work of Mine the World May View” in the Steuben House.
Her lecture explores samplers made in New Jersey from the late 1700s to mid-1800s, including personal stories of the young girls who made them. Featured in the exhibit is a recently acquired sampler by Elizabeth Zobriskie, believed to have lived in the Steuben House in 1819.
