MAHWAH NJ , Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018, and the fastest-growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey, has announced that Laura Rose has joined its Mahwah, NJ office as a Realtor® Associate. Her extensive experience in the marketing and sales world will contribute directly to the agency’s continued growth throughout the northern New Jersey region.
Before joining the real estate industry, Rose owned her own business, launching a direct sales business in 1999 and building award-winning, multi-million-dollar sales teams, and serving as a nationwide speaker and trainer. She regularly leverages that business acumen and expertise to help her clients navigate the complex world of real estate.
Rose is also a historical preservationist. When the historic Ramsey Cinema threatened to close after more than 100 years, she led a campaign to save the theatre. As part of that effort, she employed a robust marketing and promotional effort using crowd-funding (Kickstarter), media promotion, corporate and grassroots efforts to save the facility. In one of the fastest- and highest-funded projects in Kickstarter history, the renovated and digitized theatre reopened just two months after it closed for modernization. The theatre, now owned by Rose and her husband, is one of the few remaining “main street” theatres in the region, preserving the charm and nostalgia of the town.
Throughout her other business endeavors, Rose has continually kept a pulse on the real estate industry and market trends, handling numerous commercial and residential transactions on both personal and business levels. She is a member of the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Ramsey Chamber of Commerce, the Ramapo-Bergen Women’s Business Association, and the Direct Selling Women’s Association.
