Ridgewood NJ , The Ridgewood Train Station will be getting a new concession stand
The Ridgewood news is reporting that the village council will likely approve a bid from Be Power LLC, which will operate Flo’s Market out of the newly renovated space inside the train station . (https://www.northjersey.com/news/249169241_Concession_stand_returns_to_Ridgewood.html )
Flo’s Market will take a two year lease and rent the space for $1,500 a month. Commuters will once again be able to purchase News papers coffee and snacks while waiting for a train.
Sounds like some good news for a change.
and who is going to keep it clean.
Well I’d expect if the lease wants customers to keep returning THEY will make sure the place is clean.
