RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Linwood Avenue and Walthery Avenue late Tuesday morning, July 29, 2025, resulted in one person injured, two vehicles towed, and one summons issued, according to the Ridgewood Police Department.

  • Time of incident: Late morning, July 29

  • Location: Linwood Ave & Walthery Ave, Ridgewood, NJ

  • Injuries: One person required ambulance transport to a local hospital

  • Vehicles: Both involved vehicles sustained damage and were towed from the scene

    1. Yeah, and people are always speeding on Linwood in both Ridgewood and Paramus. We shouldn’t bother putting up speed limit signs as most people don’t pay attention to them. That goes for stop and yield signs as well (sarcasm😊).
