Deputy Mayor Albert Pucciarelli suggest that the best place to construct the new municipal garage is in Glen Rock

Deputy Mayor Albert Pucciarelli suggested at lastnights council meeting that the ideal place to construct the new municipality garage complex is at the village owned property in Glen Rock.

Deputy Mayor Albert Pucciarelli, wants to put this complex in another town with all the noise, pollution and traffic that comes along with such a huge complex.

Where is the Glen Rock Council on this? Where are the neighbors that live in that area? Well this is just typical of Ridgewood always looking down their nose at other towns.

  1. leave it where it is and move on

  2. The police pistol range was shutdown because of noise I don’t see the locals letting them build a truck garage there. Don’t let anyone tell you the range was shutdown for lead, that was easily cleaned up it was the neighbors who objected to the sound of gunfire that was the deciding factor in the shutdown.

  3. Why not a new garage in the present location?

  4. Good question! Im sure the answer lies in the 3 most important rules of real estate loction location location. Move the garage to glen rock, clean up the property at the garage site and develop housing that will satisfy coah or keep it commercial zoned and increase the towns rateables.

  5. More housing # 4? How much more? Broad St, Ken Smith ,Chestnut St and Maple Ave. Rateable’ s my ass. More kids in the schools. More strain on infrastructure. More traffic. You must be Deputy Mayor Albert Pucciarelli or one of his developer friends.

    1. #5 you are misinterpeting my post. It is ment to be read with sarcasm, from the pov of ” yeah right” here is an oppurtunity to line someones pocket with the tax payer footing the bill.

  6. to all. 1 rebuild it at the site present. or make a new site in the park & ride on 17.

where it is now is not that bad. it need’s to be fixed up. one of the main problems is the mayor and council are talking to one of the top manager’s who know zipo about repairs and how the building should be done. talk to too the worker’s . they are the workers who will be in the building.

  7. Is the original post just meant to rattle some cages in Glen Rock? “Deputy Mayor Albert Pucciarelli, wants to put this complex in another town with all the noise, pollution and traffic that comes along with such a huge complex.”. That is quite the rally call.

  8. Let’s put Valley there too while we’re at it.

    1. Agreed. And all of out housing develoents while we are at it.

  9. number 777777777777777777777777777777777777777 yes you are a smart person. that’s what they should do.
hey al stop talking to this top manager staff. al they know shit about the fleet service dept. wake up and talk to the real people that work in the building, they know what the village need’s. they all been working for the village for over 25 years.

  10. in glen rock, yea hello.

  11. what about the street dept that is up top from the fleet service, and the salt shed. fuel tanks.
