Ridgewood NJ, developer Onyx Equities announced today that more than 60% of the 39 brand-new rental residences at NOMA have leased just weeks since its grand opening, and the community’s first move ins are already underway. February is historically the slowest month for apartment rentals, but this boutique collection of ultra-luxury rental homes in downtown Ridgewood has quickly become one of Bergen County’s most in-demand addresses. Renters interested in leasing the remaining one and two-bedroom residences, now offering immediate occupancy, are urged to take action.
A successor to the wildly successful sister community, The Benjamin, which leased up this past spring in just 50 days, NOMA offers a boutique collection of sophisticated rental residences complemented by a “country club” collection of lifestyle amenities, seamlessly connecting with the surrounding village and located moments from the Ridgewood train station.
“Many of our residents have an existing connection to Ridgewood and see NOMA as the perfect reason to downsize in place or move back to the area,” said John Saraceno, Jr., Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Onyx Equities. “It’s gratifying that our renters are recognizing just how special this community is. From its charming downtown location to every detail of its elevated living experience, this opportunity does not come around very often.”
Inside, NOMA’s residences feature 9 to 10-foot ceilings, open-concept layouts with walnut plank flooring, STRATIS smart home technology, custom modular closets, and an in-home washer & dryer. Modern kitchens provide the best of form and function with white quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, sprawling breakfast bars, custom European cabinets, and wine storage. The spa-like bathrooms have full-height tiled wet walls, white quartz counters, frameless glass showers and back-lit vanity mirrors. For those seeking extra space, larger den layouts are available and select homes offer private outdoor space.
Beyond the ideal at-home environment, NOMA provides an all-inclusive lifestyle like no other through its robust amenity package, including a commercial-grade Matrix fitness center, a yoga studio with virtual training technology, resident lounge with billiards and shuffleboard, a golf simulator, co-working spaces, and a lush rooftop lounge featuring an outdoor bar, green lawn with a movie screen, and a private party area. The community also includes on-site covered parking, controlled access, resident storage, package delivery lockers, bicycle storage, and a pet spa.
NOMA’s location ensures a seamless connection to Ridgewood’s downtown district which has been called the area’s restaurant capital and is known as a great place to stroll and shop. Van Neste Park and Veterans Field are nearby, popular green spaces for outdoor activities and sporting events.
The community also offers convenient access to Ridgewood Train Station, a hub for NJ Transit’s Bergen County Line into Manhattan in approximately 40 minutes. Central to a nexus of highways, Ridgewood offers ideal proximity to Route 17, Bergen County’s major artery for transportation and retail, as well as connections to the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
NOMA opened with a fully-furnished model residence and an on-site leasing office, according to The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent. Apartments are now available from $3,250/month for a one-bedroom and $4,300/month for a two-bedroom residence. To learn more and schedule a visit, please call 201.267.8633 or visit NoMaRidgewood.com.

Saraceno Towers slowly taking over the Village.
I thought this large monster was called the benjamin. Does anyone know how many total apartment units are in it? The average commute of 40mins to NYC is totally made up. You could say at least 60 mins if you’re lucky to catch the connecting train in Secaucus.
NOMA is along maple, benjamin is by train station.

My commute downtown to the financial center is closer to 1.5 each way on average. Such BS.
That’s a nice gym, compared to a workout room in a Marriott Courtyard.
Who cares, Look what they’re charging every month. You can actually move to a hotel and get more swimming pool, plus all the utilities are included, think about it
welcome to east montclair
Looks like a paid advertisement, not news.
RICH and STUPID.
’nuff said.
The rooms look very small
Downtown is a country club setting, all right.
