Posted via generators. Cable internet & phone usable with my generator as of a few hours ago. Verizon copper line DOWN and dead. Do us a favor. Call PSEG. Tell them you run a blog. Ask them where are the ‘out of state line crews and tree trimmers’ that they CLAIMED were ready to help. ALl that BS about ‘being staged @ the garden state plaze’. As usual, PSEG BULLSHIT. 3 nite without power already. If they had the out -of-state crews here, the lights would be on. Has anyone even seen their REGULAR tree contractors (Lewis tree or asplundah) in town?? I guess when you are a monopoly you can take your lazy ass time getting things fixed. No doubt the storm was severe *AS PREDICTED*. The only issue is the LACK of Adequate response by PSEG.
Stop trying to “blame somebody” …get contact with Village officials and find out how you can help.
