East Rutherford N J, a motorcycle crash claimed the life of one person and left another seriously injured on Sunday night, July 21, 2025, along Route 120 North near the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
According to authorities, the East Rutherford Police Department responded to the scene around 9:23 p.m. after receiving reports of a serious accident involving a motorcycle.

When first responders arrived, they discovered a devastating crash.

A passenger on the motorcycle sustained potentially serious injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the East Rutherford Police Department are conducting a joint investigation into the deadly accident.
Additionally, detectives from the Fatal Accident Task Force were on-site to assist in collecting evidence and determining the cause of the crash.
The ongoing investigation is being led by Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Chief Matthew Finck and East Rutherford Police Chief Dennis Rivelli.
