Northern New Jersey — Former Assemblyman Rafael Fraguela, a proud Cuban American and longtime Hudson County community leader, has announced his endorsement of Jack Ciattarelli for Governor.

“Our Hispanic community has been taken for granted by Democrats for far too long,” said Fraguela. “It’s time for Hudson County Hispanics to defy the political machine and stand with the only candidate who truly listens to and understands our community — Jack Ciattarelli.”

Fraguela, who represented the 33rd Legislative District in the New Jersey General Assembly, also served as a Union City Commissioner and President of the Union City Board of Education.

“Jack’s plan to lower taxes, reduce electric bills, and make housing affordable again speaks directly to the needs of working families,” Fraguela added. “He’s not just talking about change — he’s ready to deliver it.”

    2. I think the tide tables still show it for Mikie. It’s Jack who’s ebbing and going down.

If only it were Weds and I didn’t have to listen to this political nonsense till the next time.

      1. Jack lost in the 2017 primary; he lost in 2021. looks like the tide is coming for him again in 2025?

  2. Well this will surely put him over the top.

    1. Sherrill wins, we all lose!

  3. When Hudson County endorses, watch out.

  4. Majority of campaign signs on people’s lawns are for Jack.

    1. Yard signs depend on the neighborhood and your neighbors. Take a ride to the next county. And do they actually vote?

      just say’in

And Jack should remember that Donnie isn’t on the ballot this time for support. Nor is Kamala.

that’s what’s interesting about this election, is it ebb or flood? who’s the tallest?
      see you here on Wednesday?

    2. Means nothing. I preferred it when NO signs were permitted on Ridgewood lawns, including “I’m the painter” and “I’m the roofer” and “For sale.”

  5. Jack’s victory will be a crushing blow to Village leadership.

  6. The Ridgewood house of cards will come crashing down after Jack wins.

  7. looks like Donnie isn’t coming to NJ to stand-up for Jack? I know he’s endorsed him, but seems like he doesn’t want to find the time? or is it fear of association if Jack doesn’t win?

Donnie is not happy with NJ since he lost NJ to Kamala in 2024. 46% Donnie to 52% Kamala Not even close.

What’s with Donnie’s announced termination of the Gateway Tunnel Project? Another revenge move against his loss? He’ll show NJ!
