Glen Rock NJ, on December 3rd at 2:27 PM , a Nottingham Road resident reported to Glen Rock Police that an elderly woman, driving by, stopped and approached their 6-year-old child asking if the child would walk their dog.
The subject drove off when a parent approached. The incident occurred approximately 30 minutes prior to the report. The subject could only be described as an elderly female with grey hair. No further information could be provided concerning the vehicle involved.
