  1. A HUGE waste of money. This project is destined to be the biggest financial boondoggle in the Village’s 125 year history.

  2. what is being built across from the YMCA….?

  3. High density housing is being built across from the YMCA. Owned by the Bolger Company.

  4. Across from the YMCA is one of the four mega housing units that Aronsohn and company gifted us.

  5. Garagezilla II – the VC can’t help themselves from following the three amigos as they drive off the cliff in their own clown car. An undersized lot, restricted ingress and egress, one-way streets, diversion of west side traffic onto narrow streets, located in the corner of the CBD rather than the center, can’t financially support itself – thus relying on extended parking hours, higher rates and enhanced meter maid activity. And they have a meeting about finishes.

  6. And more to come.

  7. we are finished alright..

  8. Nero fiddled as Rome Burned into Ash..

  9. Potterville..Mr Bolger despite this housing was a generous
benefactor to the town and citizens..

  10. Who is going to maintain this garage.

  11. Wait to see the size and the cost of the plaque with all their names on it.

  12. No fiscal responsibility. Instead of displaying the materials, the council or Village manager should be updating residents on the financial condition of the parking system and whether a $.50 per hour street/lot meter increase will be needed to fund the debt service on the garage.
The Council was optimistic that the rate increases recommended by the Walker report would not be needed, as the actual revenue after the recent increase will exceed that projected by the Walker report.

  13. Rearranging the Deck Chairs on the TItanic.

  14. Who is going to maintain the site.
