Glen Rock NJ, a 66-year-old Bergenfield man was assaulted and robbed of his wallet in the parking lot of a De Boer Drive warehouse where he is employed. The man was left lying in the parking lot, as the actor fled the scene. Co-workers who heard his calls for help found him and called 9-1-1. The victim was subsequently transported by the Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Valley Hospital in Ridgewood with non-life-threatening injuries.

Responding to the 9-1-1 call, received at 2:53 PM, Glen Rock Police Officers, assisted by officers from Fair Lawn, Hawthorne, and the NJ Transit Police, along with the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department established a perimeter around the scene and conducted a search assisted by a Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit. Through investigation it was determined that the actor fled the scene in a vehicle, driven by an accomplice.
Just prior to the robbery, the victim, who was in possession of a large amount of cash, had purchased lottery tickets at a nearby Maple Avenue convenience store. Video surveillance showed two actors watching him. The actors were subsequently seen following the victim out of the parking lot operating a 2013 to 2016 black Ford Escape with no front license plate.The passenger in the subject vehicle, a Hispanic male in his 20s, wearing a gray Buffalo Bills T-shirt, black Puma hat, and black pants was the primary actor who assaulted and robbed the victim. The driver, also a Hispanic male in his 20’s, was wearing a red, blue, and white hat, black T-shirt with an orange Levi’s logo, blue jeans, and tattoos on both forearms.
Photographs of the actors, along with their vehicle, are included .
