Glen Rock Nj, a series of crashes involving the same vehicle shook Maple Avenue in Glen Rock on Saturday afternoon, September 14th, in what authorities believe may have been triggered by a medical episode. The incident unfolded when an older model Ford Expedition, traveling southbound on Maple Avenue, reportedly collided with several objects, creating chaos along the roadway.
The vehicle first struck a “No Parking Here to Corner” sign, followed by a KIA Soul, a utility pole, and an illuminated sign at the office of a local chiropractor. Fortunately, no bystanders were harmed in the string of crashes.
Emergency responders arrived quickly at the scene, with paramedics from The Valley Hospital assisting Glen Rock EMTs in caring for the driver. The individual behind the wheel was transported to The Valley Hospital for further evaluation.
The wrecked Ford Expedition was later removed from the scene by a flatbed tow truck. Authorities from the Glen Rock Police Department are continuing their investigation to determine the full extent of the circumstances surrounding the incident.
