Montvale Council introduces tree ordinance
While the Ridgewood Village Council struggles to reach agreement among themselves regarding a tree ordinance, other communities seem to be moving forward.

This sounds reasonable. $35 to remove 3/4/5 trees per year.
None of the BS about paying to replace each and every tree removed.
Not reasonable at all. Why should homeowners pay the government for the right to manage their properties?
