Paramus NJ, A Monday afternoon collision on December 30 resulted in a four-vehicle crash at the Mid Ridge Plaza Shopping Center on Route 17 southbound in Paramus, New Jersey. The accident caused one of the vehicles to careen into the front of a building undergoing extensive renovations.

The accident took place just south of Ridgewood Avenue in the plaza’s parking lot. Four vehicles were involved, with varying degrees of damage:
- Three vehicles were towed from the scene, including one that was parked and unoccupied.
- Another parked, unoccupied vehicle sustained damage but was still operable and driven away.
Local emergency responders, including Paramus Police Department, EMS, Fire Department, and a mutual aid ambulance, were dispatched to manage the scene.
Injuries Reported
A 7-year-old child was evaluated at the scene for injuries but did not require hospitalization. The child’s parents declined further medical attention after the initial assessment by emergency medical personnel.

I was on Rte 17 in Paramus just yesterday and the antics drivers were pulling were just insane. Saw several near collisions. People are driving too fast, cutting each other off and dangerously weaving in and out of lanes.
I bet all those people are my ex wife.
