Hackensack NJ, the Hackensack Police Department announces the arrest of Felix Molina (DOB: 7/25/84, self-employed) of Hackensack, NJ, on several criminal charges in reference to a narcotics investigation.
On June 11, 2025, Detective Michael Reo and Detective Aaron Rios of the Crime Suppression Bureau conducted a motor vehicle stop of a 2025 Ford Explorer on Route 80 west near East Kennedy Street. On-scene investigation revealed a significant amount of unregulated marijuana and U.S. currency in the driver’s possession. The driver, who was identified as Felix Molina, was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters.
A follow-up investigation the same evening resulted in a Superior Court-authorized search at Molina’s apartment in Hackensack. The total investigation resulted in the seizure of over four pounds of unregulated marijuana, over 100 oxycodone pills, numerous amounts of ecstasy, several ounces of cocaine, over 100 unused bags used to contain a controlled dangerous substance, and approximately $46,000 in cash derived from proceeds of criminal activity.
Molina was criminally charged with second-degree possession of cocaine with intent / N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5a(1), second-degree possession of marijuana with intent / N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(10)(b), second-degree possession of a Schedule II drug over one ounce / N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(4), third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance / N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10a(1), third-degree crime of money laundering / N.J.S.A. 2C:21-25c, fourth-degree possession of drug paraphernalia / N.J.S.A. 2C:36-3, and several motor vehicle summonses. Molina was processed and transported to the Bergen County Jail on a complaint warrant.
These charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
