Cape May NJ, the New Jersey State Police created quite a stir when they recovered a blue bag with a zip closure containing specific contents on the Garden State Parkway in Cape May County and are seeking to return the recovered items to the owner. Speculation on social media ran wild that it was not a overnight deposit bag but a drug bag.
The question was would criminal fall for some obvious trickery?
On November 30, Galloway Station troopers on patrol located a blue in color bag with a zip closure on the northbound shoulder of the Garden State Parkway in the area of milepost 2.4. The blue bag has a black in color zip closure, with the word CHEMICAL in white, and hand written label “TACKLE STORE” on one side.
Speculation ran , “a tackle store so you know they are using it for BAIT? “
