Waldwick NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 42-year-old JAN VINCENT B. AGAY of Waldwick, NJ, on the charge of theft by deception. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Deputy Chief Jeff Angermeyer.
