Paterson NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of YASEN R. DELGADO, 26; AHJAINAY N. GAWTHNEY, 27; and DELAREESE DELGADO, 31, all of whom reside in Paterson, NJ, on various charges stemming from an organized theft scheme. The arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck; the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff Anthony Cureton and Chief Carmelo Giustra; and several local police departments from across Bergen County.
