Hackensack NJ, On Thursday, March 11, 2021, Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton held a swearing-in and promotional ceremony which re-promoted twelve (12) officers and moved twenty-five (25) former County Police Officers to County Sheriff’s Officers. This ceremony completes the merger of the Bergen County Police with Bergen County Sheriff’s Office.
