Rochelle Park NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of RAEQUANN REID, 29, of Paterson, NJ for strict liability in a drug-induced death and drug distribution-related charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Rochelle Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Dean Pinto.

Hackensack NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced an investigation into the death of a woman from an apparent fentanyl-related drug overdose in Hackensack, NJ. The investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Hackensack Police Department under the direction of Officer-in-Charge Captain Michael Antista.

Glen Rock NJ, Glen Rock PD and EMS personnel were dispatched to Glen Rock High School, 600 Harristown Road, Glen Rock early Tuesday afternoon, 11/28 in response to a report of a 14-year old student who was the victim of a drug overdose. Two (2) victims were subsequently transported from the school to The Valley Hospital by separate ambulances. The school operated under a “shelter in place” condition for an undetermined amount of time following initial reports of the drug overdose. Plainclothes and uniformed officers were observed working at the scene.
