Ridgewood NJ,Ridgewood School Board attorney Jeff Merlino spoke to the lack of clarity about the process for Board member elections in the first year following the move of the annual election from November to April. Since Mr. Merlino was unable to get formal clarification on this issue from the state and county, a filing was made to the court and a date of February 15 has been set to appear before the judge.
