MAHWAH, NJ — The redevelopment of the former Sheraton Crossroads Hotel site in Mahwah is entering a new chapter. Crossroads Hotel Developers LLC has officially submitted a revised plan to the borough that proposes a single, downsized warehouse development on the 142.5-acre site located at the intersection of Routes 17, 87, and 287. The plan is scheduled for review by the Mahwah Planning Board beginning July 14.
