TRENTON, NJ – As New Jersey prepares for the upcoming General Election, State Senate Republican leaders Anthony M. Bucco (R-25) and Kristin M. Corrado (R-40) have introduced powerful new legislation (S-4795) aimed at drastically increasing transparency and security for vote-by-mail (VBM) ballots across all 21 counties.
The bill directly responds to recent reports of inconsistent handling and storage procedures by some county election boards.
