Ridgewood NJ, the morning of Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, nearly turned disastrous in Village of Ridgewood, when a seemingly harmless piece of trash ignited into a serious fire hazard. However, due to the sharp eyes of Village of Ridgewood Sanitation Division employees and the quick action of a Ridgewood Patrol Officer, a major incident was averted, and thousands of dollars in municipal equipment were saved.
