Waldwick NJ, an alert school crossing guard called in a chemical spill from an unknown source on East Prospect Street . The Waldwick Fire Department arrived at the scene and spread Speedi-Dri on a spill . The spill was reported by Ex-Chief Joe Agugliaro while performing his crossing guard duties on East Prospect Street & Ridge Street .
