Paramus NJ, The 2019 Paramus Run is this Sunday! Register early or pick up your packet and score some great savings! Early check-in for the 5K, 10K and Health Walk is Friday, October 18th from 4:00 to 8:00pm and Saturday, October 19th from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Road Runners Sports Paramus – 65 E Route 4 West.
The Paramus Run will be 10/20. Roads in the area of Midland Ave from Farview Ave to Route 17 will be closed from approx. 8AM to 1PM; detours will be posted.
