Rochelle Park NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of RODNEY T. MILLS (DOB: 09/10/1993; married; nurse assistant) of 28-30 Myrtle Avenue, Irvington, NJ on charges of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact and the Neglect Of A Disabled Person. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Rochelle Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Robert Flannelly.
On Friday, September 27, 2019, the Rochelle Park Police Department received information that ROBERT T. MILLS intimately touched a disabled person and had that person intimately touch him at a medical facility in Rochelle Park, NJ. As a result of the investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Rochelle Park Police Department, RODNEY T. MILLS was arrested in Rochelle Park, NJ on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault By Contact in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-3a, a 3rd degree crime and Endangering the Welfare Of A Disabled Person in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-8a, also a 3rd degree crime. RODNEY T. MILLS was transported to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and would like to thank the Rochelle Park Police Department for its assistance in this investigation.
