Twp. of Washington NJ, during the overnight hours from Thursday 2/23/23 at 8:00pm until 6:00am Friday Morning 2/24/23, PSE&G will be working in the middle of the intersection of Washington Avenue and Pascack Road replacing a Gas Valve. Major closures and delays are to be expected during these hours.
The reason these hours were chosen for this work was due to the road closures needed in order to complete the repair. Area residents may hear heavy machinery operating in the intersection while the repair is being done.
A detour route will be established for any closures and officers will be present at the job site for any motorists in need of further assistance.
