Paramus, NJ — A massive vehicle fire on Saturday morning, August 9, sent thick plumes of smoke into the air and caused damage to a nearby home in the 600 block of Paramus Road.
According to authorities, the blaze began when a Toyota Highlander erupted in flames. The fire quickly spread, scorching the exterior of an adjacent, unoccupied single-family home before Paramus Fire Department crews could bring it under control.
Despite the intense heat and damage, no injuries were reported. The Toyota Highlander was completely destroyed in the fire.
Emergency crews responding to the scene included the Paramus Police Department, Paramus Fire Department, Paramus Rescue Squad, Paramus EMS, and an ambulance from Bergen County EMS. A Borough of Paramus building inspector was called in to assess whether the damaged home could be safely reoccupied.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Is it a crazy how many cars have been going on fire in the past three months. And most of them were built during the Covid time yes remember no computer chips, no relays, who knows what and how these cars were repaired during that time
