  2. Not at all? The ARC environmental review lasted from 2003 to 2009. The project was cancelled in 2010, after shovels had already started moving dirt.

  3. What you need to ask yourself is why a new 7 year $13bn environmental review is required is one was already done for 6 years.

    Two possible answers – the previous one was junk or the new one is a scam.
