Ridgewood NJ, a little rain didn’t stop the Ridgewood Local PBA 200 from handing out candy. Ridgewood PBA wished all a Happy Halloween even power lines down and rain doesn’t stop the trick or treaters! Ptl. Broglia is out handing out glow sticks from us here at the PBA! A little rain won’t stop her!!
