Ramsey NJ, according to Ramsey Police , officers found Donna Olsen, 35, and Carlo Maltempti, 48, at an Extended Stay America hotel just off Route 17, while responding to a welfare check request. A preliminary investigation led to the arrests of the two occupants in the hotel room.

According to Police Maltempti was charged with soliciting prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia before being released with a court date. Olsen was arrested on outstanding warrants out of Bergen and Morris Counties, prostitution, hindering apprehension, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A subsequent search warrant provided additional charges for Olsen, including distribution of heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine. She was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending an initial court appearance, police said.
