Virgin Mobile wireless cell phone top-up plans may be attempting to cheat all their customers. They attempted to cheat me twice. The first time a few days ago, I had a small balance in my account. When I added a top-up card the previous balance was not added to my account. I called customer service and the mistake was corrected. The same thing happened last June 2010. I didn’t complain at that time. And didn’t get the correct balance. Both times the money amount was under $2 but over one $1.50. I wish to alert the public. I have had this phone since 2005. I will not use it again.
