Ridgewood NJ, the Super Football Conference (SFC) Flag Football Tournament is officially underway, and the road to the North Jersey girls flag football state championship has been set. Powerhouses Ridgewood and Bayonne have secured the coveted No. 1 seeds in their respective brackets, topping a competitive field of 24 high school teams.
This year’s tournament features two 12-team brackets — North and South — with the top four seeds in each earning first-round byes. The opening round games must be completed by Thursday, May 16, while second-round matchups are slated for Saturday, May 17.
