  1. Better than Westwood BOE. Where they banned live streaming of meetings keeping the taxpayers out of the loop of what is really going on. Taxpayers and parents need to get more involved. Do not sit back demand transparency!

  2. Hope they don’t appoint the recent recipient of an ethics violation (Ms. Brogan) as an officer.

    1. She is the worst.
She’s the most destructive force on the BOE, for decades destroying the excellence and credibility of the once great Ridgewood School System.
Just the worst thing to ever happen to Ridgewood Schools.

      1. Actually, Ms. Brogan is the only person who should be board president. With a new and inexperienced superintendent, a seasoned board president can bring a valuable perspective and help to calm the waters of the school administration.
Ms. Brogan has worked with many superintendents during her tenure. She is fair and the focus of her agenda is the students and the schools not Facebook pages. The administrative revolving door needs to stop turning at Cottage Place and in the school buildings.
Micale or Mahmoud for VP. That’s a strong leadership team for Ridgewood with a solid eye for the future of our great schools.
It’s time for innovation in education in Ridgewood no more chaos and micromanaging.

        2. “Revolving door” — is this ex-admin commenting? what is wrong with getting the right people for the job and setting high standards. There’s no tradition of excellence now, it’s just all tradition with no excellence

        3. Got to appreciate her years of experience and understanding rules. Someone not as experienced could end up costing the town a lot of money!!

              1. i hope so, don’t scare me

          2. She’s already cost $$. Including $25k on fighting ethics charges

      2. NJ ethics panel agrees with you
