Ridgewood High School’s Toi Murai Honored with West Point Dwight D. Eisenhower Leadership Award

RHS Junior Recognized for Outstanding Leadership, Academics, and Community Service

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Ridgewood High School junior Toi Murai has been awarded the prestigious Dwight D. Eisenhower Leadership Award by the West Point Society of New Jersey. The award was presented by Mr. Stephen Kalish, a former U.S. Army officer and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Toi was selected for his outstanding achievements in academics, athletics, community service, citizenship, and leadership. He is a member of the RHS varsity soccer team, has served as class president for two years, and currently acts as co-president of the Philosophy Club.

Each year, the West Point Society of New Jersey sponsors the Dwight D. Eisenhower Leadership Award, honoring one exceptional high school junior from participating schools across the state.
