I love when they say they have no money. 105′ million, wow. and the high school is very dirty. walk the hall’s , look at the bathrooms. old ,old old, come on. i see a scam. over paid some one’s at the top. make up bull shit job’s, like they say it’s who u know.
Unload support staff. Everyone start using technology.
$105mn in a Village of 24,000 and we’re only ranked #26…. in the state?
Wow
Increase class sizes.
Lay off teachers.
Problem solved
What is our actual ratio of support staff to teachers? We seem to add them at a very high ratio. Teachers are necessary, but every member of the Administration doesn’t need a private support staff. A lot of money could probably be saved there. (Just as our previous VM had to split her job into pieces for support staff because she thought she deserved them.)
I don’t know the answer 4:37, but I do agree – seem to be a lot of unnecessary administration with support staff and at some very high salaries
