Ridgewood NJ, on Tuesday, November 7th, National Signing Day, Ridgewood Schools celebrated 17 Ridgewood High School student athletes. Ridgewood High School was ranked number 6 in the Niche top public high schools for sports in New Jersey rankings . Congratulations:
National Signing Day is a highly anticipated event in college sports, particularly in football and basketball, where high school athletes officially commit to playing for a specific college or university. Traditionally held on the first Wednesday of February, National Signing Day marks the culmination of the recruiting process. On this day, student-athletes sign a National Letter of Intent (NLI), a binding agreement between the athlete and the college, indicating their commitment to join the school’s athletic program. The event is significant for both athletes and college programs, as it shapes the composition of collegiate sports teams and generates excitement among fans and supporters eager to see the next generation of talent contribute to their favorite institutions.

It’s our turfed fields that made these kids good…!
