Don’t forget the west side since we pay more in taxes
They’re checking the sports associations’ registers to see if you have contributed…………………………….
It’s their version of Winterhilf
Bringing the trash cans out for safety worked out very well. It’s so much safer. Now after the winter, we’re going to need to work on the weight of yard waste cans. Because that subject is out of control .in the past. We had way too many employees getting severely hurt.
Really? Just cause you live on the Westside doesn’t make you any better because you may pay higher taxes
Some people are amazing . Many years ago if someone called from the Westside into the village hall, they would jump. Oh that’s so so calling. Do you know what they pay in taxes? Yeah in there are a damn fool. Who’s that one house that is for sale on Knollwood Road. They’re asking 12 million, and the taxes are 160,000 beautiful Home the people are very nice but I’m sorry that price is ridiculous. Why would anyone spend that kind of money in the village. Do you know what you can get for that kind of money and saddle river you can build and get 4 acres or more and less taxes what a joke.
Excuse me to the individuals who put thumbs down on the weight of yard waste cans. Obviously you don’t know what you’re talking about. Obviously you never worked on the back of a cop truck. We would love to meet you to see what kind of individual you are. Obviously, you haven’t been informed. That’s the problem we have individuals who put thumbs down on information. They don’t know or they don’t care, or they’re hiding something which is it
Does the job description require applicants to lift a certain weight?
Maybe an idea would be for the trucks to have a lift on the back to put heavier cans in the hopper
This was the right decision about bringing the cans out. This was a proposal that came from the Worker’s Comp. insurance company years ago. And it was a smart one. Because we had a few employees getting hurt, slipping, and sliding on ice with walking into residence backyards. And then we had a few individuals who got hurt lifting yard waste can’t that were extremely heavy. This all has been documented.
lol
you are too funny
Stop eating to much soy!
You need to stop drinking
Yes, there should be a lift system on the back of the truck because can you imagine picking up hundreds of barrels a day that are extremely heavy soon of any individual will get hurt, I blame the mayor, the council, the manager, the director, for not addressing this issue. They know about it. Ever individuals will put thumbs down on the subject. You must be a real jackass, I want your name. I’ll meet you anywhere anytime at a place you punk.
Two points,…they often take the bags out of the cans. It is hard work and I think they generally do a great job, but this is the crux of their job. They know what it entails.
Also, I am sure you and others would go bat s$@t crazy if the village spent the money on those trucks that lift the cans automatically.
I guess, next week, can’s back out another big winter storm coming
Stop crying about the snow. It’s winter.
